My husband and I are moving back to campus so have to transfer/sublet our current apartment near San Antonio Center where we enjoyed living for 6 months.

The apartment complex is gated and really quiet and safe, convenient as well. Our apartment is on the 2nd floor, the first floor is the parking lot, and you will be assigned one parking spot for free - better than street parking as the storm taught us...

It is a standard 1b1b as shown in the pictures, about 550 sq ft, and can accommodate a couple w/wo a child. The apartment is pet friendly. It has shared laundry for each floor.

We received a discounted rent when moving in so we would be happy to transfer the apt with the discounted price ($250 less than the current price $2350). Our current lease will end in early July and you have the option to renew with the discounted rent.

I would prefer someone who can take 02/18 - 07/06 or longer. The rent will be prorated.
