Overview:
• Real estate valuation training sessions
• Practice reviewing the three key financial statements (P&L, B/S, and SCF)
Introduction to cash flow analysis
• Overview of key legal documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Leases, and Purchase and Sale Agreements
• Live deal exposure alongside senior investment professionals, private equity firms, investment banks, and real estate brokers.

By the end of the program, participants will have the ability to leverage hard and soft skills across various finance and real estate applications including net lease, direct lending, private equity, investment banking, consulting, etc. The program culminates with a capstone project whereby the intern writes an investment memo and presents the transaction to Fundamental’s investment committee.
