Current housemates are two women (a recent grad working in tech and an ex-academic now working as a consultant) along with one shy adult cat. The vibe of the house is that we are friendly but busy individuals with independent lives. It's a quiet, non-partying, respectful home with the expectation that common areas are kept very tidy and clean. We're looking for someone friendly who also values and independently contributes to clean common areas.

First and last month's rent + $500 security deposit reserves the room.
Internet and utilities range ~$75-140+/month additional depending on time of year.
