Cute cozy unique private living situation.
Private room in old cottage.
Private entrance through rustic garden.
Room leads directly into bathroom.
Microwave and refrigerator in room.

NO COOKING IN ROOM, and no access to rest of the house.
Bathroom is SHARED with me, older professional woman, ultra-clean bathroom.

Furnished. New mattress. Relatively new flooring, wall paint, and cross-windows.

Sorry for the "nos"--no overnight guests, no access to main house and so, ideal for someone who does not cook and does not want to interact with housemates.
