I am looking for a replacement (females preferred) to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment (1,292 sqft²) near San Antonio Caltrain station. Rent-$1164 per month, utilities- less than $50 (internet and electricity), single occupancy only, no pets. Move in date is mid-March or April 1st. I have been living here since last August, I am looking for a 1BR/1 BA as my partner is joining me. The contract is until 08/11/2023.

The apartment is about 10 mins bike to San Antonio Caltrain station and less than 10 mins bike to multiple grocery outlets (Walmart, Target, CVS, Safeway, and Trader’s Joe). 20 minutes drive to Beckman Center (where I work) or any building on Discovery walk, Stanford school of Medicine.

Bedroom needs to be furnished. You will need to buy your bed and desk. Also, you will be sharing the bathroom with one other tenant. Current tenants are Stanford postdocs. Free parking spot, additional storage space in the parking lot (where you can park your bike, if you have one). Laundry is shared (coin-based, $1.5 per use).
