Master bedroom located in a quiet and safe area of ​​Milpitas, just off HWY 237 and I-880 available starting April 1st.

Our house is a very clean, quiet house, and it is occupied by me (the owner of the house and Stanford employee), my brother and my retired parents.

We are all very friendly, respectful people. No long list of rules except: no smoking in the house, no use of illegal drugs, and quiet hours at night.

We are okay with you having an OCCASIONAL guest day or night.

The master bedroom (13 x 11) is rented unfurnished and has its own private bathroom with shower. A 6 x 8 closet with sliding mirror doors, ceiling fan, and a window A/C unit.

The rent includes all public services (WI-FI, cable, water, electricity and garbage).

Security deposit is half month's rent $550. The lease is month to month, but a longer term is preferred.

You'll have access to the garage where there's a washer/dryer you can use, a spare fridge in the garage to store perishables, and you'll have access to the kitchen for light cooking if you'd like.

There is always plenty of lighted street parking directly outside our home.

Prime location for shopping, traveling and living:

• Starlite Park is a minute's walk away.
• 5 minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets in the Calaveras Shopping Center.
• 5 minute drive to the Great Mall / Milpitas Town Center or McCarthy Ranch.
• Very quick access to the HWY 237/I-880 junction very close to: Tesla, Cisco, Google and the Stanford Campus is 14 miles away.
