1 furnished room available with a private bathroom (sink, toilet, & shower), walk-in closet, and a reserved covered parking spot with additional garage storage. Furnishings include bed, folding desk, chair, two drawers, and standing fan. The room is part of a 3-bed 2-bath in Palmetto Apartments in Mountain View, and two other female roommates will also share the common areas (full kitchen, living room, patio). The apartment complex is gated and has an on-site laundromat as well as a pool and larger outdoor patio with grills. No pets, no smoking (complex allows pets but roommate has allergies). We are a ~5 min walk from Target, and a 10-15 min walk from Walmart, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and San Antonio Caltrain station as well as several restaurants.

Rent is $1405/mo. Internet & PG&E are additional and each split three ways. We also switch off on common area cleaning duties, as well as taking out trash (on-site garbage/recycling).
