I am subleasing a comfortable room in Palo Alto, located near 3375 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306.

My roommate is a male Stanford Postdoc who is friendly and easy going.

The original rent for the room is $1,625/month, but I am willing to sublease it for $200 less, which makes the rent $1,425/month. You can find all relevant photos attached.

房子：
有基本家具，可拎包入住。具体可见照片（一部分是刚搬进来时候的照片，我房间内的照片是近照）。

位置：
94306，临近El Camino Real，离各个公司和斯坦福校园都非常近。

亮点：

1. 房子临近主路，出行方便。
2. 水电网网费全包（除了空调，不过是节能空调，电费也很低）。
3. 舍友为斯坦福CS博后（男生），人很nice，无不良嗜好。
4. 有洗衣机和烘衣机，房间内装有空调。
5. 带有独立小花园，适合BBQ。

预期租客：
有正职或学生，无不良嗜好。

价格：
我的租房合同上价格是1625刀/月，至今年9月30号（见照片）。如果能承租至合同结束，1400刀/月。短租：加15%。押金一个月房租。
