$800/mo rent plus utilities (average $70/mo).

Possible carpooling to Stanford available depending on schedules. Garage and street parking. No cats/dogs, non-smoking preferred.

We agree on and follow COVID safety practices as a house (currently, that includes wearing KN95 or N95 masks when indoors or in crowds outside of our home, OR wearing K/N95 masks inside common spaces if we haven't been able to follow those guidelines or have had other recent exposures such as plane travel).
