About us: We are three friendly working professionals in our mid-to-late 20s. We are generally pretty quiet on weekdays but enjoy hanging out and playing tennis at the local courts!
About you:
-Committed to keeping the common areas clean and organized
-Considerate of others /someone who won't be bringing the party home during weeknights
-Non-smoker
-No pets
Logistics:
-Utilities are approximately $100 per month per person. EV charging usage will be charged separately.
-The house (including the bedrooms) is professionally cleaned every month, which amounts to $30 per person.
-Available both for students and professionals.
-Security deposit of 1-month rent due upon signing.
