We are looking for a long term renter 12mo +. Most of the people in the house has been living here for 2-6 years.

We have one bedroom with private bathroom for rent. The house has 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, sauna, home theater, two living rooms, dining room, high quality appliance kitchen, new washer/dryer, 3 car garage, home gym, and a new skateboard ramp. The house is located on a hill with great views of South Bay.

The current roommates are a mix of entrepreneurs, hospital workers and engineers. Our ages vary between 27 and 36 and we are a mix of guys and girls. Overall, we are laid-back and keep a quiet environment during the week. Weekends usually involve mountain biking, camping, climbing, golfing, etc but also some chill Netflix days. We are all pretty health conscious, some are vegetarian. We have the occasional BBQ and get together about once a month.

Rent for the whole house is split by the number of people living in the house and is usually no more than $1,300. The lease is month to month. The landlord does a background check of everyone living in the house.

We're looking for a responsible, considerate and clean roommate who ideally enjoys a similar lifestyle (no couples please and no pets) we love them we just can't have them in the house.
