Hello!!

We have one bedroom with private bathroom for rent. The house has 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, sauna, home theater, two living rooms, dining room, high quality appliance kitchen, 3 car garage, home gym, new washer/dryer and a new skateboard ramp. The house is located on a hill in Cupertino with great views of South Bay.

The current roommates are a mix of entrepreneurs, hospital workers and engineers. Our ages vary between 27 and 36 and we are a mix of guys and girls. Overall, we are laid-back and keep a quiet environment during the week. Weekends usually involve mountain biking, camping, climbing, golfing, etc but also some chill Netflix days. We have the occasional BBQ and get together about once a month.

Rent for the whole house is split by the number of people living in the house and is usually no more than $1,350. The lease is month to month. The landlord does a background check of everyone living in the house. We prefer a long-term renter! 12 months + most of the roommates in the house have been there over 3 years. We are sad to see out current roommate move back to CO, but that means we get to meet and welcome a new housemate!
