We're looking for a new housemate to join our lease!

The house - We live in a fantastic 3-story 4bd, 3.5ba house in Menlo Park that was built in 2011. We have plenty of parking in the lot right next to the house.

Location, location, location - the location of our house is fantastic, close to everything, and it’s in a very safe neighborhood. 8-10 min drive from Facebook; 5 min drive (or bike) or 18 min walk to downtown Palo Alto

The room is on the second floor. It has spacious (11x13ft) with high ceilings and large closet. It has multiple windows and get tons of natural light. You would be sharing a bathroom with the housemate next door.

Our house is really clean and new, on a quiet street, has good storage, and comes with washer/dryer. Our house also has a Patio with built-in Viking grill, cherry wood Shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite slab counters. We schedule a cleaning service regularly to keep it clean.

The house is pretty quiet because we're all pretty busy / have different hours but we're friendly and respectful with each other. The common area is nice to have meals, work in or read in free time.

Your lease would start ASAP! Deposit = $3200.
