Price: $2,000
I am looking for a roommate to share a 2bed/2bath apartment I currently live in, near downtown Redwood City. It is about 10 minute-walk from the Redwood City Caltrain station, great for commuting using Caltrain and using the fancy Stanford Redwood city gym & pool. The apartment is also 5 min from Hwy 101, so it would be a quick 15 min to Stanford. Grocery shopping is super easy, 5 min drive to Safeway, Costco, Wholefoods. Entertainment is great with just 5 min walk to Cinemark.
Move in date is May 1st, 2023. Rent is about $2000 per person and the apartment comes with in-unit own washer and dryer, gym, study room, club house, Jacuzzi and outdoor gas grill. Pets are allowed with extra fees, and the shared grass patio is great for letting dogs get some air. Utilities and wifi will be split evenly. The apartment is safe with key fobs on all exits and quiet facing inwards. There are two parking spots in gated indoor garage, so no need to worry about broken windows. This unit has its own patio, so I sometimes move my plants outside and read under the sun. Plenty of parking on the street if you have guests, and the club house + outdoor grill is a great place to host a BBQ party in the summer.
I am a 33M researcher working in-person in nearby biotech start-up. I am friendly and happy to hangout but can be quite if that’s your preference. I will be out most of the day during weekdays for work. My hobbies include cooking, camping and an occasional smash match. Please send a message including some information about yourself and I will send you more details about the apartment and potentially a steep discount if you are a full-time student.
