Hello, I am a female research technician at Stanford looking for a clean/tidy/willing to take turn to clean the shared space housemate to share the 2b1b apartment with me.

1750 per month, single occupant only

Start date is Apr 1st, minimum lease 1 year.

The apartment will be unfurnished with a lottt of natural light!

In unit laundry with independent kitchen space!

There are two rooms, one is master bedroom which is bigger, another is smaller. I am ok with either room and prefer the one who take the bigger one pay ~50 more per month.

It’s only 10 mins walk to Caltrain and close to the park and 10 mins bike to Stanford!
