We have several rooms available for sublet in a luxury home on University Avenue / Crescent Drive in Palo Alto for the summer (6/21 - end of September):

Separated guest-house with bedroom, kitchenette + bathroom. $3,400 / month
Single bedroom 1 (queen + desk + closet space). Shares bathroom with single bedroom 2 - $2,500 / month
Single bedroom 2 (queen + desk + closet space). Shares bathroom with single bedroom 1 - $2,400 / month

Big living room / kitchen / dining room spaces + gym equipment.
