The Madrona house has 6 decks overlooking the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains in total privacy, the decks are all interconnected. There you will find a 6-person hot tub jacuzzi, multiple seating and lounging areas, a fire pit, and an outdoor dinning table with sun umbrellas. If you would rather stay indoors there is a beautiful sunroom as well.

There are 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a home theatre, kitchen w/island and two sinks, living room with a grand piano, wood-burning fireplace, and a 6-person dinning table. There are oak hardwood floors throughout the house, wood ceilings, all beautifully decorated with original art and full amenities. There are roughly 3 levels and all rooms have beautiful mountain views.

In addition, there is a detached multi-use studio with plumbing and a storage shed. The driveway has space for 3 cars and is equipped with an EV charger. Electricity is partially supplied by solar panels.

The house is 18 minutes from Santa Cruz’s Pacific Ave, 3 minutes from Henry Cowell State Park, and 30 minutes from Los Gatos.
