One fully-furnished bedroom in a single family house in Palo Alto available for rent immediately. Near the Palo Alto Art Center. You will share a bathroom and kitchen (including a regular size gas stove) with the other tenant (currently a female Stanford postdoc). You will have your private refrigerator in your room. Furniture, bedding and cooking utensils will be provided. Also have shared on site laundry facility. The house and the furniture are in excellent condition. Your room has lots of natural lights and a garden view.

Close to Stanford and Downtown Palo Alto (15 minutes biking distance). Monthly rent is $1,250, plus shared utilities.
