Hi, My roommate is moving out of our apartment at the end of March. Starting April 1st, we will have a vacant large private bedroom and bathroom in a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse. The apartment is located two blocks from California Ave / Cal Ave Caltrain station. It's a 5 minute bike ride to the edge of Stanford Campus, 10 minutes to Downtown Palo Alto/University Ave. It's in a very nice, quiet, residential neighborhood. The lease ends in September 2023(5 months) with the option to renew. The monthly rent is $1800 in addition to $40 for wifi, and around $100-200 per month in utilities.
