I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment since I have to move for a job. The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood (west Menlo park), very close to school (5 min drive to west campus) and shopping (cross the street), and can get to HW 280 in minutes. The location is perfect for anyone who needs to commute or wants to be near Stanford/amenities.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with 1150 square feet shared by 2 people. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The apartment complex is well maintained, and while it is technically on the first floor, it cannot be accessed from the ground level, providing additional security. The apartment also has a gated underground parking lot, and we have 2 designated parking places for the apartment. This means that you'll never have to worry about finding a parking spot on the street.

My current roommate is very nice and easygoing. She graduated from Stanford and works in Tech nearby. She's respectful of privacy and is always willing to help.

The rent is $2300 per month (very large master bedroom), and the lease is available for sublease starting from 7/28 to 9/30. Utilities are not included in the rent, but they are typically reasonable. While the apartment (my bedroom) is not fully furnished, I'm willing to sell the current furniture for a very cheap price if needed. This includes a sofa (free), a bookshelf (free), a desk with chairs, and a full-sized mattress.
