I am moving out for grad school and am looking for someone to take over my lease. My timeline is flexible, but I am planning to move out between early May and mid June.

The room is very spacious with a large closet and two windows. I currently live with two Stanford affiliated women in their mid twenties, who would be your new roommates! The apartment is remodeled, great kitchen, really nice bathroom that we share, and in unit laundry! It’s on a quiet street near University Ave, less than 10 minutes by bike to campus

Rent is $1375 a month for the room and honestly for size and location it seems pretty unbeatable. If you’re interested, let me know a little about you and then I can pass along your information to my current roommate and y’all can make sure it would be a good fit!
