Hi all! Looking for someone to join our house by May 1st.
We have a bedroom now available in a well-located, residential part of Palo Alto (East Meadow Drive). The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms (2 people per bathroom). Three bedrooms are currently occupied. We are all working in the Bay Area. (Stanford, tech, etc)
There's a fully equipped kitchen (stove, chimney, dishwasher), a living room, a laundry room inside the house, and a large backyard, persimmon trees, and many cooking herbs.
The house is a 20 min bike ride from Stanford and the Town and Country Village, 13 min biking to Cal Ave Caltrain station, 2 min biking to YMCA (gym, swimming pool, yoga), 7 min to Safeway, and close to several grocery/shopping places.
I have lived here for 1.5 years and only moving because I got a new job in Seattle.

Parking is available at the house and plenty of outside parking
