Incoming or current grad student? Wish you had a dog to come home to everyday but can't commit to getting your own? This apt might be just what you're looking for!
My roommate just moved out to start her new career in southern CA. She was the best, and I'm hoping to find someone with similar traits. I'm a medical student (male) entering my third year this summer. I'll be transitioning from a mostly WFH class schedule to a 12-hour daily hospital shift schedule. I have a super sweet, super fluffy Alaskan Malamute (Bodhi) who means the world to me. My new schedule means I won't be around as much, so my #1 priority is finding a new housemate who wants to hang out with my guy. He is super chill and sleeps most of the day. I take him on a morning walk and and an evening play session at the dog park on campus. I'm also very clean and want to find the same. My old roommate and I cleaned the apt every week, which made it easy to keep things orderly. Bonus points if you like plants!
The apt:

I've added an in-unit washing machine, dishwasher, AC unit, and decor (mainly plants lol).
Also has plenty of storage & two patios (one with a breakfast table), and 2 bike racks. The room comes with a twin bed, but you can upgrade to a full (I did). Your room has its own furnace and thermostat separate from the rest of the apt.
The timing:
Lease signing would happen via Stanford Housing beginning in August (although the housing lottery deadline is typically early May). Early move in is possible starting beginning of July if needed.
