Full kitchen privileges, washer, dryer, BBQ, outside smoking and occasional overnight guests are OK. Currently there are 2 females, 1 male and 2 small friendly dogs living in the house. All utilities are included in the $1000 per month rent. Long term or temporary short term rentals are fine.
