Hi!
We’re looking for another roommate (or 2) to split a 3-bedroom house (1500 square feet). Rent is month to month. However, we are looking for a tenant(s) who wants a place for at least one year, so we don’t have to look for a new roommate again quickly. Total house rent is $4200 per month. The vacant room is a master ensuite, which has a rent of $2000. The master bedroom comes with a private bathroom and built-in closet. The room is 11 x 22 feet, which includes the built-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house and are $1100 each.

A little about us:

• The room is available starting 5/1, but we could be flexible on move-in date if necessary.
• Female Roommate 1 (early 30s): Works at Stanford Hospital, originally from South Bay.
• Male Roommate 2 (late 20s): Works as an engineer for a company in South Bay. Grew up in Southern California. Is a fan of sports (watching and playing) and loves food+boba.
• We’re all neat, quiet, and respectful and get along well. We would be looking for someone who is the same and will share the house chores with us. We expect you to keep the kitchen and common areas clean and not leave things out after you’re finished.
• We are a no-shoe household, so we ask you to remove your shoes upon entering the house. You can leave them at the entranceway!
• We don’t smoke and aren’t big partiers. Friends over for dinner/drinks is fine of course (although during COVID we haven’t been inviting people over really...).
• Occasional overnight guests are okay as long as it’s not often.

About you:
Someone (or 2 people) who is a non-smoker and is clean, respectful, and gets along well with others. None of us are huge cooks. We usually cook quick meals, but we might cook a more involved meal a night or two a week. We are looking for someone with similar habits, so the kitchen isn’t always busy as we cook lightly most of the time and it works out well for sharing.

Our House:

• Located in Redwood City near Woodside High neighborhood, we are technically unincorporated RWC and so actually closer to Atherton.
• There are beautiful streets for walks around us!
• Very large living room with two couches. Enough space to put a desk if you'd like.
• Good sized kitchen and spacious dining room with storage shelving. Equipped with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, toaster oven, and microwave.
• Washer and dryer in house
