Rent - $1600 (for smaller room) & $1700 (for the bigger sun-facing room) includes utilities, internet and twice a month cleaning (including room cleaning). Pet friendly with $100 monthly pet fee.

Long term stay preferred but short term accepted for 1 room. Preference to those who can move in around May 1st.
