1 bedroom with 1.5 shared bathrooms available for May 1st move-in, in Palo Alto, close to Ikea. This is a 4 bedroom house mixed gender household. You will be sharing the 1.5 shared bathrooms with 2 housemates.

Common areas fully furnished with a backyard, in unit washer & dryer, 3 car driveway, a garage and plenty of street parking. Central heating and AC.

Rent - $1700 includes utilities, internet and twice a month cleaning (including room cleaning). Pet friendly with $100 monthly pet fee. Long term stay only (minimum 6 months), after which its two-month to two-month cycle.

Housemates: Stanford grad working in healthcare finance. Looking to build a friendly social home with respect to privacy and personal preferences. Other 2 housemates work in Tesla.
