Our family will travel to Europe during 06/06-07/19. Our beautiful townhouse in downtown Palo Alto will be available for a Stanford affiliate. Perfect for families, couples, or study/research friends.

The townhouse has two light-filled bedrooms, two restrooms, a spacious kitchen-livingroom, a private yard, and two balconies. A very calm location, but a short walk from the shops, restaurants, and services of downtown Palo Alto.

It is a 10-minute bike ride (30-minute walk) from the Stanford Oval.

We pay $4,500 rent. The price for the sublet is negotiable.
