We are subleasing a fully furnished house in College Terrace, Palo Alto (the neighborhood right next to Stanford's campus behind EV). The house is 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, with large living spaces and a backyard. We are renting the house out from July 1 - Sept 23. Rent is $1950 / room / month for the house, plus utilities ($100/month) and a one-time cleaning fee ($50-100) at the end of the summer. In addition to being fully furnished, the property has street parking, in-house washer/dryer, and a backyard with grill. One of the rooms has been filled by a responsible Wharton MBA student interning in the area, and three rooms remain open. Please reach out for additional details.
