Hi.
I am a female Stanford PhD student and I am looking for housing for the upcoming school year. I am open to either a private bedroom+bathroom in a shared apartment or a studio. I am looking for a unit with hardwood floors, laundry on-site, a furnished kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), parking, and preferably in a gated complex. It can be in Redwood City/Menlo Park/Palo Alto/Mountain View, but the closer it is to Stanford/SLAC the better. I do have my own furniture so I prefer it to be either unfurnished or with storage space.
I would also be open to apartment hunting with a female roommate for a 2B2B. I am a non-smoker with no pets. I like to keep common spaces free and clean and would like a roommate that is the same.
