Hello! Our second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available for rent in our beautiful 8 bedroom Los Altos home!

The house is located a short 10-15 min drive from Stanford, Downtown Mountain View, and Downtown Palo Alto, and just 5 min away from Downtown Los Altos which has shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. I-280 is close by for convenient access to San Jose and San Francisco.

The room is available now! The room's monthly rent is $1,995. It is a spacious bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom in its own wing of the house. This is one of the more private rooms in the house. There are no other bedrooms adjoining the room. Joining the yearly lease is possible and couples are welcome (+$200 for an additional person).

This is a house share where you can truly feel at home and not feel confined to just the bedroom you rent. We have our own lives and schedules but like to do the occasional get together like group dinners, board game nights, bike rides, hikes, and movie nights. Everyone is sociable and welcoming while also being respectful to one another's boundaries. There is plenty of common space and storage space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the house.

All housemates pay utilities which are typically $150 per month per person and includes internet, gas, electric, trash, water, and a bimonthly housecleaner for the common areas. Gardeners care for the landscaping weekly, which is included in the rent. The refundable security deposit is $2,125 (+500 if you're bringing a pet).

Common amenities include in-house laundry (new washer and dryer), a home gym and pool table in the basement, two living room areas, a huge backyard with a garden, patio, and fire-pit. The kitchen is large and equipped with modern appliances including dual full-size ovens, a 6-burner ceramic induction stovetop, a new dishwasher, and a filtered drinking water tap. The house uses a WiFi 6 mesh system to ensure a strong signal throughout. There are a total of 8 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms in the house.
