This is a crashpad, good for a student who spends most of their time on campus and needs a place to sleep.
It is above my bedroom and I am an older professional woman.
Prefer someone who does not cook or spend much time at home however, minimal refrigerator and kitchen use will be considered . However, the room can have a small refrigerator and a microwave.
Way to the shared bathroom is through owner's part of the house.
In a rustic house with overgrown garden.
2-2.5 miles from Stanford and downtown Palo Alto.
Opposite the creek in a quiet E Palo Alto neighborhood, across from Palo Alto.
New mattress and new low Ikea twin bed. Hardwood flooring. No closet--clothes rack provided.
Table, chair. (Unfortunately, this is really a crash pad. Some items will stay there—couple of book shelves, filing cabinet, cleaning supplies), but still, leaves a lot of area for renter's use
