A private furnished bedroom and shared bathroom in a 3b/2b in the only residential highrise in downtown Palo Alto across the street from Stanford campus. In-room and exterior closet storage with window views overlooking downtown and Stanford campus. Kitchen is sparingly used but phased.

Shared living rooms are furnished. Private furnishings are present but can be exchanged. Long-term tenants may additionally discuss ownership and choices of furnishings.
