The house is located right off the I-280 on the Page Mill exit - a short 10-15 min drive from Stanford, Downtown Mountain View, and Downtown Palo Alto, and just 5 min away from Downtown Los Altos which has shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. It's a 35 min drive into the city (with no traffic).

Everybody in the house is Stanford-affiliated - your roommates would be an emergency medicine resident, start-up founder, teacher and MD/masters student. There is a ton of common space, and there are often house dinners, board game nights, and movie nights.

Common amenities include in-house laundry, a home gym, ping-pong table, two living room areas, a huge garden, patio, and bbq. The kitchen is large and equipped with appliances including dual full-size ovens, a 5-burner stovetop, and dishwasher. All the common areas are furnished, so you would only have to get furniture for your own room.

All housemates pay utilities which are typically $100 per month per person and includes internet, gas, electric, trash, and water. Gardeners care for the landscaping weekly, which is included in the rent. The refundable security deposit is $3170.
