• Rent is $1500 per month
• move-in date: around June 4th
• Roommates are one Stanford alumni(they), and one Stanford postdoc(she), female preferred
• Amazing location near Middle Ave & University Dr; 2 miles from campus, half a mile from Safeway, Draeger’s, Trader Joe’s, and restaurants in downtown Menlo Park
• 3 parks within a few blocks, including Nealon Park
• Full-size bed, dresser, desk, chair, table, and some dishes come with the room, walk-in closet
• Extra storage available in the hallway
• furniture different from the pictures

I am looking for either 1)a sublease till mid-august, or 2)someone who wants the room long term, but doesn't mind I move the furniture out in early Sep.

Please let me know your ideal move-in/out dates.
