I am moving out of a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Palo Alto on June 1st, and subletting the room for the month of June. The landlord is open to extending the lease to the subletter. The current roommate is a female graduate student. This year's rent was $2500 total (~$1250 each, excluding utilities). Apartment is about 15 minutes by bike from Stanford, and is near California Ave, and Cal Ave Caltrain station. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a lovely garden area outside and lots of natural light.
