We have two rooms available in our 7Br/6Ba 4,000+ sq ft home in Midtown Palo Alto starting May 21.

Available rooms
Bedroom 1: $1783 + utilities (e.g. electricity, water, trash, internet). A private bedroom (123 sqft) and a private bathroom adjacent to the room on the 1st floor. Comes with its own closet for storage.

Bedroom 5: $1966 + utilities (e.g. electricity, water, trash, internet). Located in the basement with a private bedroom (147 sqft) and a private bathroom adjacent to the room. Comes with its own closet for storage.

We have several large living rooms, several fridges to store everyone’s food, and we also have an open floor plan kitchen (fully loaded with many pots + pans + plates, etc).

The bedroom will not be furnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished with sofas, tables, and a Japanese-style sitting area (with tatami mats and a kotatsu).

The current lease covers up to October 2023, and will be renewed for another year (October 2024).

The situation with the COVID-19 pandemic is always evolving, but we do require housemates to be fully vaccinated (Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson) and to follow all CDC, federal, state, and local mandates and guidelines in order to keep everyone as safe as possible.
