We are subletting our recently renovated furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Escondido Family Housing, situated in the Hulme Courtyard! For June and July (and up to August 15th)

The unit is fully furnished, with a spacious living room, kitchen, dining area, patio, storage space, and free laundry. We will also leave some amenities such as a TV, coffee machine, microwave, etc. The apartment is conveniently located between two communal playgrounds.

Rent: $2552 per month covers all utilities (Stanford's rate)
Dates: June 1st to July 31st
