Amenities include an Olympic sized pool with a large hot-tub/spa, a two story gym, central air-conditioning with double paned windows, a massive outdoor grilling area that is always well-maintained, a game room with a pool table, an indoor lounge, and a gated garage with a tandem parking spot shared with my housemate. My housemate is super clean and respectful and has kindly furnished the apartment with a three-person sofa and a large 65-inch flatscreen LED TV. Our unit is on the fourth floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and, because it faces inwards, has virtually no noise from Lawrence Expressway.

Location-wise, the complex is literally a 5 minute walk from the Costco Warehouse (with the gas station) and less than 10 minutes drive from Apple Park (~7 minutes drive from Kaiser Santa Clara). The room can come either furnished or unfurnished. Deposit is half a months rent, which will be returned promptly after move-out.
