About the apartment: Spacious apartment with wood floors, large windows, and lots of storage space. Water is paid for by the landloard, and we would share the cost of internet (~$95/month) and PGE bill (varies depending on heater use). Washer and dryer are on site, shared between 4 apartments. Street parking is easy, but requires a permit through the city.

Shared spaces are furnished. You will likely have the option to keep some of the current bedroom furnishings, or to bring your own.

Apartment is a short walk from several grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, parks, Caltrain station, and the city library. It's about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride from Stanford, and there is a nice bike path.

About me: I am a Stanford Teacher Education Program grad, and am currently teaching middle school math in San Mateo. I have 2 cats living in the apartment. I am pretty laid back and spend my weekends and evenings reading, rock climbing, and watching reality tv competition shows :) I'm queer, I love coffe & tea and sunshine, and I'm excited to get to know you!
