This studio is an ADU unit on a quiet street; It has a private entrance, no shared walls/floors.

Built in 2009 with a kitchenette, mini fridge and microwave. Should be suitable for simple cooking like "heat and serve" meals.
Furnished in 2022 with a bed, mattress, dining table, chairs, desk, working chair. (Please note the furniture in the pictures are different from the current ones.)
Full bathroom but no on-site laundry. Designated parking space in the driveway.

Single Occupancy only. No pets, no smoking, no drugs .

$2000 per month for one year lease. $2150 for 3 months-11month terms.
Water and Garbage is paid by the owner. Rest will be paid by a tenant. The Internet can be shared with a main house or have own.
$1900 deposit.
