My roommate is moving out, so I'm looking for a roommate to take her place!

About the unit: The apartment is a corner unit, with two master suites; your room is very large (14'3"x10'4"), with a private bathroom with tub and walk-in closet. The living area and kitchen are fully furnished, besides a couch (my roommate will be taking that with her), so big plus if you come with a couch! Your room would be unfurnished. The apartment has a diswasher, w/d, and central heating; the frame is concrete, so there's little to no noise from the other units!

About the building: The apartment is located near the waterfront, between Oracle Park and the Ferry building (about a 15-20 minute walk to each). The building has a 24/7 front desk person, gym, small pool and hot tub and is in a very safe neighborhood. There is also parking and extra storage available for an extra fee.

A little about me: I'm 27, and work at the Stanford GSE as an event planner (I go in twice a week). I'm very neat and clean in the common areas, and am pretty low key. I like to cook, try new restaurants, and read!
