Join this wonderful Los Altos Hills house! We have only 3 rooms left in our large house that is available from June 1st.

Looking for a diverse group of male and female tenants.

Offer: 2 rooms on the first floor ($1340 each), 1 master bedroom ($1800)
No longer available: 1 room on the second floor, sharing access to a patio, and 1 room on the 1st floor

About the house:
The house is 2.5 stories and sits on an acre of green land in Los Altos Hills. It is very close to Tesla, SAP, VMWare (approximately 4 minutes), and about 8 min to drive and 25min to bike to Stanford campus. 12 minutes from Palo Alto and 8 minutes from downtown Los Altos.

There are 6 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a dining room, a kitchen, 3 full size fridges, 2 living rooms, a loft, a fireplace, 6 large porches, a bar, a hot tub, several hammocks, a large backyard and a giant front yard with 10 plum trees, a washer and dryer and a lot of storage space. There's plenty of sunlight coming in at any time of day and there is central heating and A/C.

You'll be living in the hills, so there's lots of opportunity for biking and running on all the nearby trails as well.
Currently no pets allowed, sorry!
We have lived in this house for several years and are looking for long term tenants. No sublets or short term agreements, sorry!

Utilities are between $60-$120/mo per person and includes fast wifi

The 3 rooms are on the ground floor. They have closet, and a good amount of sunlight coming in. The bathroom is shared with 2 other tenants.

The 1 room upstairs shares the bathroom with 1 more tenant. Master bedroom has its own bathroom and patio access.

About the community house:
professionals and/or master or PhD students . Current housemates work at Tesla, PlayStation, Stanford University
We all have regular work schedules and have independent lives with various hobbies, but we'll watch Netflix, hang out in the common spaces and cook, or play games together when the mood is right.
You’ll fit right in if you’re responsible, eager to live with several cool people, and respectful of others’ space and needs. Also note that this is a car-dependent area but bikeable if you can handle the hills!
