Hi,

I'm subletting my 1BR apartment in downtown Palo Alto from July 1 to September 17, with the end date a bit flexible.

The apartment is two blocks from University Ave and a couple of min bike ride away from campus. It's an amazing location with a park right across the street, lots of natural light, and quiet.

The apartment is fully furnished and has a WFH desk setup with a large monitor as well. There is designated off-street parking and a bike available for use.
