Hi all!
 
I am moving out of a house (15 min bike ride from campus), close to Safeway, 101, and Cal Ave that has a total of 5 mid- to late- twenties female MD and PhD students, and post-doc (and a cat) living here! We are looking for my replacement for my room for next year starting July 10th. I also have some furniture that I would be happy to sell/give to you.
 
My room is upstairs and is very large (can fit desk, multiple book cases, king or queen bed, and dressers). There is a large recently renovated kitchen, backyard space, and a storage shed for bikes/outdoor gear/etc. There are three bathrooms in the house. The upstairs one is shared between you and one other person. There is plenty of parking as well.
 
We are an affirming and calm group with a variety of interests, including climbing, fancy wine, cooking, and biking. We are looking for another women who would jive with the group! We are hoping to find someone who is also well into their PhD, doing a post-doc, or at an equivalent point in their career. If you are interested, please follow up! I would be happy to set up a virtual or in person tour so you can meet the group and see the space.

Looking for someone to lease between 07/10/23 and 07/31/24. Some wiggle room on the front end. Rent is 1475/mo + security deposit.
