Hello,

I am looking for a female renter to take over my unit in 4bed/3ba shared housing in Menlo Park starting from July 1. House comes fully furnished for a one-time fee ($600) and is about a ~13 min drive to Stanford. The unit is also very close to the Sam Trans bus stop and is a bike-able distance to campus as well.
