Bedroom available for sublet from June 11 to August 31 sublet. The other 3 bedrooms will be rented by graduate students working summer jobs in the area. The house has a backyard, washer and dryer, dishwasher and ample street parking. There is no air conditioning. Tenant would be responsible for utilities (typically less than $100/month).

The house will be partially furnished, but the room is unfurnished, so the tenant would need to acquire a mattress and bed-frame (typically easy to do in the area since there is lots of movement from students!).

Summer rent is $3,725 total.
