Hi, I am a current research assistant at Stanford. I will be moving out of my unit in a shared 4bed/3ba fully furnished house in Menlo Park at the end of June. Looking for a preferably female roommate to take over my lease (ideally long term, 1+ year). Rent is $1350/month and a one-time furnishing fee of $700 (When you pass on the unit to the next renter, you can collect this fee back). House is about 13 min drive to Stanford and 25 min by bike. There is also a Sam Trans bus stop that is 3-5 min walking distance.
