Location: 436 Noe Street. 2 min walk to the Castro, the Muni, and streetcar in a safe neighbourhood. The nice part of the Castro.
Amenities: In-unit laundry and dryer, Dishwasher, microwave, kitchen appliances, tv, living room furnishings.
Cleanliness: Pictures are a little messy, expect to have a clean, uncluttered place to live. You be too.
Roommates: You'd be living with 2 awesome GSB'ers plus me (you can decide if I'm awesome or not). We are 1 couple (consulting + startup), 1 person in 2nd room (consulting), you'd be the third.
Parking: Street parking readily available (I didn't believe it at first either)
Backyard: There's a cute patio in the back with lots of potential for anyone with a green thumb.
