Room to rent in a large Spanish house at the top of Magdalena Dr., in Los Altos Hills. This is about a 12-15 min. drive from Stanford; you will need a car. It is isolated and I feel will be more comfortable for a male student. The student must be 21 or older and have proof of registration at Stanford University.

There is a private porch to enjoy the sun and study, a private entrance, complete use of the kitchen, personal refrigerator, use of washer and dryer, private bathroom, parking and within walking distance of Rancho San Antonio for hiking. I have two cats. I don’t permit overnight guests, nor do I permit smoking. You are responsible for keeping your room and bath clean.

The room will be available after July 1st. The rent is $1450 a month, including all utilities.
